CDKB2;1 is a cyclin-dependent protein kinase involved in regulation of the G2/M transition of the mitotic cell cycle. Specifically binds to the cyclin CYCD4;1(AT5G65420), expressed in shoot meristem, young leaves and vascular tissue during the G2/M phase.
