TCP family of plant-specific transcription factors regulates plant form through control of cell proliferation and differentiation. This family is comprised of two groups, class I and class II. A group of phylogenetically related class I TCP protein are including AtTCP7 (AT5G23280), AtTCP8 (AT1G58100), AtTCP22 (AT1G72010) and AtTCP23 (AT1G35560).
